Unfortunately the feature connector of the Stealth's turn off in the

could recommend the Hercules cards (though I have not tested the
Terminators), Orchids and STBs.

 What also

There is a developers kit that is now available (www or
ftp.fortevr.com) which has the win95 drivers. There is also a manual
that could be obtained from Forte, but I think that you should email
Forte themselves (support@fortevr.com).

The tracking also seems to have some problems, when i nod my
: head (up and down) the tracking seems to move in a egg-shaped oval. (i
: think this first occured with the new updated driver obtained from
: compuserve). There is little game support for real 3d stereo vision.

The tracking can be calibrated with the calibration program. You have to
do a few full circles at different pitches and that helps out most
people. (Time consuming but it made mine perfect). I agree that there is
not enough 3D software out there. I hope that there will be a driver that
can adapt the video mode used in the Stereographics SimulEyes VR to allow
the VFX1 to use all the 3D games that are coming out for it.

Definitely try Duke Nukem 3D with it. The driver is excellent as you can
set pretty much everything and adjust the sensitivities to your liking.
That is my new demo program for it.

BTW, anyone is Australia that is looking for a VFX1 or SimulEyes please
let me know and I will point you to your nearest dealer.
