I was on the phone with Tech Support long distance (my dime) for 2 1/2 hours trying to get this to work. The conclusion was ,"sorry I guess it won't work". And if it wasn't bad enough that I had to pay for the long distance I also have to pay for the return freight and the original shipping charges. When I asked for some help on this from customer service all I got was "Sorry, Policy".
