The ones I know of that support OpenGL acceleration are
  . WebSpace/Visual3Space (TGS/SGI)
  . VR Web (IICM) (http://hyperg.iicm.tu-graz.ac.at/vrweb)
  . Vrealm (Integrated Data Systems) (n.b. not VREAM)

VR Scout (Chaco) and Wirl (http://www.vream.com/) support Reality Lab 
acceleration.

I don't know about MSIE or Live3D. Any ideas anyone?
