 Unfortunately the circuit diagram that Joe G. used from the net was
incredibly obscure but Linda Jacobson has a much clearer version of
the same circuit in her book "Garage Virtual Reality" (p257). I also
couldn't find any CD4030 in my data books, but it does turn out from
the circuit diagram that the widely-available 4070B is a pin-for-pin
replacement, so you can even use the original PCB layouts.
