In case you were wondering...

Virtual Reality withdrawl symptoms are called "Verdtz" for short (from
VR Detoxification, or VRDT's), and are common among habitual VR users,
and even among those who play Doom style games for extended hours.
"Having the Verdtz" is characterized by temporary headaches, feeling
lightheaded, feelings of uncoordination, and sometimes thinking in
terms of the game while in reality (i.e., I need to hit F3 to perform
this action).

These feelings are not much different from the "walking on the moon"
sensations of taking off rollerblades or ski-boots after several hours of
use.

Not all that unpleasant, but I am sure someone will use the Verdtz as a
defense in a criminal trial soon enough.
