I shoot a type of stereoscopic video for which I am often in a remote
location from the cameras.  I view the cameras' perspective through a
head-mounted eyepiece.

I am looking for a smaller, lighter eyepiece.  A monochromatic display
would be OK, if I can still accurately gage the focus, tonal range and
contrast of the video image.
