Although I probably aired one of the first hour long radio shows on
Virtual Reality, (WBAI FM in New York), I've been out of toutch for
for quite a few years. I'm interested in creating "virtual objects",
such as airplanes that can be used in flight simulators, but I'd like
to go much further than that. Does any know the best way to get
started? Hopefully, I'll be able to get an old 486 runniung soon,
(it's slow, but I trying to speed it up with a new processor), and I
also have some use of a Pentium, running Windows'95, that belongs to a
friend. I'd like to know the best "3-D" program to use if I wanted to
creat, let's say, a house or a motor home, (these objects would have
as much detail as possible, [interiors as well as exteriors, and they
also should "function".]) I know it;s not a simple matter and maybe
some of the things I create, using, "low end" tools, can be transfered
to a better program etc., later on, but I just need to know, I guess,
where to start.

If possible, contact me by E-mail. My newsreader is having some problems
at this time. . . Thanks.
