Silicon Graphics regularly distributes "HotMix," a free CD-ROM sampler
of software from Silicon Graphics software partners; HotMix #14, the
most recent release, features demos of virtual reality applications.
For a copy of HotMix, send e-mail with your mailing address to Kelli
at <kellia@engr.sgi.com>.

As for educational discounts, a whole bunch of Silicon Graphics
partner developers offer those. Contact the Silicon Campus marketing
group--check under Education in the "Industry Solutions" section of
Silicon Surf at www.sgi.com.
