developers, value-added resellers (VARS), software and hardware
original equipment manufacturers (OEMS), and researchers around the

rate in 1997.  Because of this growth, Sense8 is looking for 2
Technical Support Engineers to provide high quality technical support
to Sense8 customers.

Position Responsibilities

  Provide telephone, email and fax support to customers for Sense8
products.

  Test current and future versions of Sense8 products to improve their
quality.

  Provide a communications mechanism between customers and the
development staff.

  Provide accurate and timely responses to customer needs.

  Investigate problems with either internal or customer applications.

  Test hardware devices for compatibility with Sense8 products.

  Setup or breakdown computers and hardware as needed.

  Provide system administration to the local office.

Position Requirements

  BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
  Two years previous related work experience or internship.
  Strong understanding of computer hardware and familiarity with
computer graphics.
  Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and Sense8
personnel.
  Experience with Sense8 products highly preferred.
