I need to build a virtual world with few degree of interaction. I am a
student and do not have any money to buy a very expensive tool. Does
somebody know which builder is free, shareware or extremely cheap? I
have few time to accomplish this task and my knowledge of VRML is
limited but I am clear that creating a world by hand (from scratch with
no tools) will be almost impossible. What can you recommend?
