Has anyone heard of any web pages on experiental algebra?

Does anyone know if this is an outdated subject or where it is today?

William Bricken invented Boundary Math based on experiental algebra.
I am trying to understand some of the concepts or basic precempts of
this math.

This math is used in Virtual Reality to define cyberspace and was
invented in 1991.  If anyone knows if this is readily used or is
familiar with it, I would be interested to hear what they have to say.
