The ones that seem to be the best at the moment and most used and talked about are Virtus Walkthrough Pro 2.6, VREALM Builder 1.1 and VR Creator by VREAM. All three have got good reviews, their prices are from $225 (VREALM) to $395 (VREAM). VR Creator offers a subscription leading up to the final release version (mid/end 1997). Incorporation of VRML 2.0 seems vital nowadays, so I would favour VR Creator. I am pretty new to VRML, but would like to use it mainly for Multiple User Online VR, and maybe- if possible- to create a user interface for the self-access language centre in our LAN.
