The rumours of our death have been exaggerated!!

On 11 February we asked the high court to appoint administrators (this
is the equivalent of the US Chapter 11). The Group now has protection
from its creditors while the administrators work with the management
to implement a new business plan.

A number of redundancies have been made, the entertainment systems
business is up for sale (and there are a number of interested
parties)with the current intention that the underlying HMD and custom
software business will continue. For what it is worth, Andersen (the
administrators) have confirmed that the HMDs will continue to be sold
with a full 180 day warranty. In other words, they have every
expectation that the business will survive beyond that date and that
someone will be here to support the products through this time.

If anyone would like to be kept up to date with new announcements as and
when they are made, please drop me an email at benv@virtuality.com
