3D-Ware actually comes from Virtek, and was distributed with various
HMDs, including Virtual i-O and VFX. You can get the software free from
Virtek's World Wide Web site ( http://www.virtek.com/virtek/ ), and it is
also included on the CD-ROM with my book, "The Virtual Reality
Homebrewer's Handbook" (see
http://www.shef.ac.uk/~vrmbg/vrhmhb/vrhmhb.html )

Cheers,

Robin
