Thanks for the information above that you sent me - it's has been of
help. Managed to connect up the glove two days ago: powered up,
turned on the PC and all was OK - the transducers on the glove even
buzzed!! Then when I ran the test program included on the disk (The
Virtual Reality Construction Kit) the whole glove just seized up. No
LEDs ligting, no beeps from the glove keypad, and the transducers
died. The glove did not "blow up" 'cos I can repeat this procedure
over and over.

Might the problems I've been having have something to do with the fact
that the glove is a PAX PowerGlove rather than a Nintendo PowerGlove?
I know that the connector on the cable from the control box to the
computer was/is a 15-way D-plug which I've put a 15-to-25 way adapter
on, instead of the "standard" 7-way Nintendo connector. Also, the
cable colours are red, green, yellow, orange and brown - no sight of a
black cable anywhere.

As I was saying is it different to interface a PAX PowerGlove than a
Nintendo PowerGlove? Any help you might be able to pass my way would
be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance,
			Alan Willis
