I just found out in a rather short take that VIO went 
bankrupt sometime back and I guess I don't know anything 
about this.  I own a pair of Virtual I/O glasses and been 
wanting to sell them and left them in the box for so long 
that I didn't know this company went belly up.  

Does anyone know of a web location where I can find the news 
about this 'going out of business' for Virtual I/O?

I'd prefer if you email me with any info.  Thanks in Advance
