Before you invest too much time and effort into the software, make sure 
you have *really* investigated the competitors. There are a small 
selection of good low-cost VR packages out there - most of which support 
most of the low-cost VR peripherals. Check out 2Morrow's WorldBuilder, 
VREAM's VECreator, and Themekit, for example. This are only the ones that 
come off the top of my head - there are plenty more examples out there if 
you *really* do your homework. Of course, if you think you can do better 
than them at a lower price, then go for it! But just be aware that you're 
not selling to an uncatered market.
