Thought you would be interested in hearing about SGI's
recent announcements.

SGI today announced the formation of Cosmo Software, a new 
wholly owned company established to pursue the high-growth 
market for multiplatform Internet software.  

In a second release, SGI announced that it has signed a definitive 
agreement to acquire ParaGraph International, the leading PC 
Internet 3D software company.
