I am looking for some simple motion capture software from a video
stream. Real Time is preferred, but if I have to settle for non-RT
that is ok.

It could be very crude, if necessary. I.e. one might have to hold a
specific color item in one's hand.

The main idea is that one should be able to track the motion of a part
of a person's body (typically a hand). In XYZ space is best.

Howevever, the more sophisticated the better.

Software must run on Dual Processor Pentium II 266MHZ, running Win/NT.
