A friend of mine told me that he is seeking for a human skull for study purposes. He also told me that ( at least in Italy ) plastic reproductions are very bad and real human skulls are very expensive ( or you can kill someone, but I think this is not the right solution ( mafia-pizza-cosa nostra-spaghetti solution )). So I was wondering if is there any VERY HIGH QUALITY Public-Domain repository of 3D medical/biological models. I mean, given that those objects are detailed enough, my friend could buy a graphics workstation for that money. Any pointers?
