             Virtual Environments '98

            IEEE YUFORIC Germany '98

                    June 16th - 18th, 1998
                    Stuttgart, Germany

'Virtual Environments' is the European event for Virtual Reality
research, technology, and applications. Experts from both academia and
industry will gather to discuss the latest trends and ideas. Topics
include immersive VR, distributed VR, VR on the internet, VR
simulation and numerous others.

The YUFORIC meeting of the IEEE Computer Society will focus on
virtual environments but will also cover related topics such as computer

graphics, animation, and computer vision. Senior students and young
professionals are invited to present their ideas and get feedback
from experts in their field.

In addition, the EUROGRAPHICS Workshop on Virtual Environments will
be held simultaneously to this event (tentatively).
