FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AV VIDEO & MULTIMEDIA PRODUCER MAGAZINE RECOGNIZES NINA ADAMS AS ONE
OF THE TOP 100 PRODUCERS OF 1997

CHICAGO, IL -- September 18, 1997 -- Nina Adams, President of Adams
Consulting Group, Inc., has been selected by colleagues, AVV&MMP's
editorial staff, and a panel of highly regarded producers, as one of
the Top 100 Producers of 1997.

Adams will be profiled in the November, 1997 issue of AVV&MMP magazine.

"I am honored to be selected for this award by AVV&MMP magazine. It is
especially important to me for 2 reasons. First, AVV&MMP magazine is
well respected in the industry. And, second, we work in the Chicago
area and the Midwest gets much less recognition for the work done with
Multimedia than the coasts. Yet, some of the brightest and most
talented people work here" Adams said.

Adams Consulting Group has been developing Multimedia and Virtual
Reality programs since 1992. In June, 1997, Nina was asked to
kick-off and moderate the Training session at VRET'97 held in
Loughborough, England. In January, 1997, Adams Consulting was honored
by Motorola University for "...creative thinking in implementing
Virtual Reality Training..." In 1995, Adams Consulting won the VR
World Magazine "Industry Award" presented by Mecklermedia for
developing a VR application which allows associates to learn how to
start up, run and shut down a manufacturing line.

Virtual Reality applications provide a three-dimensional,
computer-based, interactive environment in which user exploration is
encouraged. This creates a non-linear, user directed, learning
situation where users can navigate at will, take actions, and see the
impact of their actions, just as they would in the real world.

Adams Consulting Group develops Virtual Reality applications which run
on standard pentium-based computers, with no additional hardware
required. The benefits of VR applications versus traditional
multimedia programs are significant, while the cost of development is
comparable.

Adams Consulting Group has completed Virtual Reality projects with
world-class companies including Motorola, Duracell, Richard Ellis,
Landis & Staefa, and Brazil-based Biobras Software.
