As far as I have heard, things are still going fine for Forte...

Please note that I just checked today (18-Jan-1998) and their domain
is no longer on hold.  Also, they just released new VFX1 drivers
(v2.15) on 12-Jan-1998, so it looks like they are still going from
that also...
