Tech are working on an immersive CAD system for VR as well. We have developed tools for interaction in virtual environments such as menus, widgets, sliders, and dialog boxes. The tool will eventually be tested and used by professional architects as well as graduate students in the College of Architecture to create early conceptual designs of buildings or interior designs, or to view and modify designs from standard 3D CAD packages.
