Who is LAVA ?
LAVA is a young and innovative company that is specialised in advanced
visualisation an d simulations for science, industry, construction and marketing.
The technology we use, Virtual Reality, enables us to create an artificial environment
inside the computer that is fullt interactive and that can be accessed in realtime
with the use of Head Mounted Displays, stereoglasses, projection or desktop.
E.g. we are able to enter a building before it is built. We utilise VR-software
oolkits such as Superscape and WorldToolkit.

LAVA consists of designers, hardware specialists en programmers. We work in een open,
innovative en creative atmosphere. We expect to need more people in the near future,
so we organisae a workshop/course for young promising designers/developers for Superscape
VRT toolkit. This toolkit enables you to design interactive and realtime in 3D, with
the use of sounds, moving objects etc.The workshops will take place in the afternoons or
evenings at our office in The Hague.

What do we expect from you ?
-	You have to be prepared to work with us in an enthousiastic manner for several
months for approximately 20 hours a week. You will be involved directly in the
building and development of virtual worlds for e.g. architecture en industrial
simulations. We will provide for a thourough training and guidance and, of course,
        a positive atmosphere.
-	demonstrable knowledge and expierience with C++ and 3D-modelling.
- affinity with VR, good feeling for 3D spaces and orientation.
-	the ability to accept a fulltime job after this period;
-	important personal qualities: innovative, creative, working efficient.
