ARToolkit on SGI 320 NT4 ?

Hello all,
I'm having problems getting the Microsoft SDK to run on an SGI 320 with NT4 
OS.
Has anyone managed this or is there another approach - I want to run 
ARToolkit.
Any thoughts would be most welcome !
