a request for a slight glut-related change in your next major release of ARToolkit

currently, you initialize both the glutIdleFunc and the glutDisplayFunc to be
the same, the mainFunc passed into argMainLoop...

i've separated these 2 for my own purposes, (cause i enjoy using your higher
level libraries) so that argMainLoop takes an idle and a display func...
