Hi All,
 	Does any body have the resources or known where I can get help or
find an algorithm or processing technique to identify an unclear/unknown
image?  Currently I am working on a project regarding image detection &
recognition processing.  My application is to identify an unknown video
object when it is unclear and this image object is from three different
cameras (black/white, color & IR).  If you have the info regarding the
