Archive of list and question

First...is there an Archive of this list or a FAQ on ARToolkit?

Second (in the meantime), I need to calibrate a 640 X 480 firewire camera 
(IBot). The standard calibration utility is hard-coded to 320 X 240. Just 
changing the size in the code  doesn't quite work. Is there a 640 X 480 
version of the camera calibrator?
