Problem with Philips ToUcam

Hello Peoples!

I'm developer by Fraunhofer IGD Darmstadt and develope a ARToolKit DLL to
use this in Java.
My problem is that the web cam Philips ToUcam Pro give me only 6 fps. Any of
examples from developer
works with the same frame rate. I tried to change the framerate, but it
doesn't work.The webcam software
works without problems in any configuration. The web cam driver works
correctly. Have everyone the same problem?
