Confidence Factor

out of Idle curiosity what is teh confidence factor based on becasue I 
cant seem to get a confidence factor higher than 0.63359 and from what I 
can gather the confidence factor needs to be higher than 0.5 to be 
recognised as a specific marker (at least this is the case in exview.exe 
which I have been mucking about with) do you need a higher res camera to 
get a higher confidence factor? or it is implausable to get one that is 
that much higher than 0.7 or so.
