after your inquiry.
I am aware that this is not a commercial newsgroup but still I want to
answer the most common questions asked about our system.

- Is it AR-Tool-Kit? No, it is not AR-Tool-Kit, although we have profited a
lot from the research done by the Tool-Kit community. We have developed the
system from our knowledge in industrial computer vision applications.

- How does it work? It is the classic marker-based approach. We are using
round and square markers tracked with sub-pixel accuracy which makes the
tracking robust. We are offering an ActiveX component running in IE 5.5 or
higher. We have an VB interface for the system.

- How much is the System? It depends on what you are planning to do with it.
We are currently selling a reduced "campus-license" for academic users of
the system.

- What graphics format is supported? We are currently supporting VRML-97.
Other formats on request.

im an CS-Student interessted in Augmented Reality. At this years Cebit I
have had the chance to see a live demo of the commercial AR-System
(Marker-based) from Augmented Solutions (www.ar-solutions.de). It seemed to
work really fast (60fps) and stable.

Does anyone have Infos about the system ? Is it AR-Toolkit ? I need an fast
and reliable AR-System for an industry reasearch project an was wondering if
I can get my hands on a comparable system for free.

Any help appreciated,
