Release 2.65 vs Release 2.61

I have to install ARTollkit, and I'm unsure if install it on a Linux
machine or on a Windows one.

I prefer Linux, but the Windows latest version is the 2.65, while the Linux 
latest version is the 2.61...
Are there any new important features on the 2.65?
