captures only first Frame

Hello everybody.

I have the following Problem. Whenever i run simpleTest or another
Sample from the bin-directory it only captures the first frame from my
webcam. A few weeks bevor it works perfect. An I think on a Pentiun 4
with 3GHz it shouldn't be a problem to get a good framerate.
So does anyone knows about this problem?
Will be happy about every help.
