The simplest way to do this (for the uninitiated) is to use =20 gluUnProject(). http://www.hitlabnz.org/forum/showthread.php?t=3D159 Cheers, Phil. I want to transform the ideal screen coordinates to marker coordinates so I'm going to calculate the multiplication of prespective projection matrix and the camera-marker transformation matrix: (h*Ideal screen coordinates)= P Tcm (marker coordinates) P-> perspective projection matrix Tcm-> transformation matrix My problem is: what is h? I've bee looking up in different tutorials, but none talk about this parameter and I don't kown what it is and where I can find it or how I can calculate it. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advanced and best regards. Patri --------------------------------- Correo Yahoo! --0-698965310-1130431573=:63440 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Hi Franscesco! I'm programming a play in Augmented Reality. It is something like a tetris. What I want to do is control the blocks using marks located in my hands.I have a mark that I use as a reference to display everything in the screen: the place where the blocks fall down and the little inicial menu (with the options init and quit) When I detecte the mark I'm using to control the blocks I get its centre. It depends on where the mark centre is, the block has to do one thing or another. ARToolkit gives me that information expressed in ideal screen coordinates, but I have everything expressed in mark coordinates so I need to transform the ideal screen coordiantes of the mark centre into mark coordinates, so that I need calculate the transformation between them. I hope my explanation clarify you doubt. francesco caruso <guernika_devel@y .......> escribió: Patricia Recio ha scritto: > Hi! > > I want to transform the ideal screen coordinates to marker coordinates > so I'm going to calculate the multiplication of prespective projection > matrix and the camera-marker transformation matrix: ???? why didn't you get marker coordinate directly? --------------------------------- Correo Yahoo!
