Its fully open source and to my knowledge has both C ,Perl and Java bindings . http://sourceforge.net/projects/cmusphinx/ Alexandre Gillet wrote: > Hi, > > I am looking to incorporate speech recognition in my AR project. > Has people in the Ar community had experience with it and can > recommend any speech recognition softwares, preferably open source. > Also is there other forum related to AR I should post that kind of > more general questions? > Thanks, > Alex > -- Abey Campbell NeXuS Project School of Computer Science and Informatics University College Dublin Belfield, Dublin 4 Ireland Phone: +353-1-716-2491 E-Mail: Abey.Campbell@u ..... |

Hello Alex, I've used Microsoft's Speech SDK with ARToolkit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=3D5E86EC97-40A7-= 4 53F-B0EE-6583171B4530&displaylang=3Den It isn't open source but was fairly easy to implement. You can create grammar rules using XML, but I only used it to respond to keywords. Matthew -----Original Message----- From: owner-artoolkit@h ..................
