R: ArToolkitPlus -> Pure Data

I didn't write anything really useful, it was just a dummy gem external that
should use the GEM chain to feed the artoolkitplus markers detection
function. it doesn't output any position matrix, any marker list.. 
I hope I can find some time to try to use latest artoolkit release..
