Probably not since the camera is a lot older than DirectShow on Windows
Mobile.
You'll have to use the custom SDK from LiveView for that.

Is there a good reason for using that ancient piece of hardware?
Basically all modern WM devices (Smartphones) have built-in cameras that
are ways better than the FlyCam...
