[ARToolKit] ARToolkit to render image in response to a query.

Hi,

I am new to AR. I have few questions relating mailing list and my work.

1) how do I answer any email if i saw one on archive, like i saw one 2day about changing hirro.patt, I wanted to reply it but there was no option at all for reply.
2) what is login name to enter into forum? It ask, I entered my email address but it denied. 
3) I am doing master thesis & have to do some work in AR. I have very few days left. 1 & half week around. The work I have to do is I need to make ARTool kit display either an image OR text, OR anything in response to a query. My work is like I receive info from system that this shelf in a store has this thing, e.g banana. I have to make ARTool kit react to react this, say render a banana on screen, & if its lemon, than lemon. Its not necessary that these should be lemon, banana, may be some kind of color strip renderred, that shows that ARTool kit is reacting to our input. As far as I read so far, I have this confusion that ARTool kit displays image inresponse to a pattern from out side world, whats in this case ? But its a preliminary question. It donot confuse you guys I know all other. I describe what I have to do, I will be very grateful for any kind of help & guide line.
